Digitally Printed Boxes

In 2018, we acquired a high-speed digital press for corrugated boxes. It has a max flat blank size of 70” x 118” and can print up 64 colors in one pass up to 69” x 117” image size. Digital printing has some major advantages over traditional flexo or litho printing like faster lead-times, no printing plate costs, easier make ready or print changes, etc. By printing digitally, we can print direct to uncoated and coated ‘kemi’ paper in half the time as lithographic printing, producing unbelievable high-quality images with vibrant color using eco friendly inks.

All digital orders include a full color proof printed on the substrate or paper that you have ordered. You will get to see and feel your box before we print thousands for your business. In some cases, we can raise inks of the paper depending on the artwork provided or the paper being printed.
